About Us

The German-Chinese Education Promotion Center is an officially established non-profit organization registered in the court of Stuttgart, Germany.

The promotion center was initiated by experts and institutions in Sino-German basic education and vocational education. It aims to integrate high-quality resources and promote exchange and cooperation in the field of education between China and Germany through research and the implementation of Sino-German basic education and vocational education projects.
The purpose is achieved in particular through the following activities:

  • The Introduction of a dual education system in China, inspired by the German dual education system.

  • The Establishment of a platform, which enables cooperation between German and Chinese educational institutions and companies.

  • The Implementation of German-Chinese exchange programs covering various areas, such as education, on-job-training or special events (forums, workshops, conferences, etc.), both in China and in Germany.

In terms of vocational education, we have cooperated with China and Germany in many ways to advance research and practice. The German-Chinese Education Promotion center can not only provide professional consultation and undertake professional projects, but also provides Chinese and German partners with extensive networking opportunities reaching from ministries of education over scientific research institutions, universities to counterpart companies, both in China and Germany.
In terms of basic education, we cooperate with basic education institutions and schools in German-speaking countries - such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland - to deepen the exchange between education projects in the German-speaking area and China. Additionally, we aim to launch a series of teacher trainings, experience exchanges, research trips and other projects to promote bilateral or multilateral exchanges. Our long-term goal is helping educational facilities in China and Germany to live up to global best-practice standards, by improving their educational practices through mutual exchange and cooperation.

We have

Our duties:

  • Integration of the German dual system vocational education model in Chinese educational facilities

  • Establishment of a production-education integration base and the establishment of a double-sp training base

  • Helping Chinese and German universities to establish a Sino-German university faculty or Sino-German degree programs

We integrate the world's top training methods and technologies and cooperate with experts in China and Germany to provide exhaustive state-of-the-art solutions for establishing new Sino-German higher education or vocational schools, as well as custom-made independent courses or projects.

School Education

Our duties:

  • Sending Chinese Teachers to Germany for further studies and exchange

  • Building Sino-German partner schools

  • Organizing a German-language course and organizing teacher trainings

  • Organizing Sino-German education related activities, such as forums, seminars, etc.


After years of development, we have established long-term and stable relationships with educational institutions and schools in German-speaking countries such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In addition, we cooperate with Chinese and German educational institutions to develop a series of professional education programs suitable for Chinese children, to help cultivate the 4C abilities necessary for young people living in the 21st century (Critical thinking, Communication skills, Collaboration, Creativity and Innovation). Ultimately, we aspire to deepen their intercultural understanding in a way, that gives them the opportunity to become global citizens with a broad, international perspective.

German Language course

We integrate various education resources to provide Chinese students (from children to adults) with a one-stop service of language learning-study and abroad career planning. In detail, we offer tailor-made online and offline German language courses for schools, and also provide online German language training for single students or small groups of students. Our teaching team consists of strong Chinese German teachers and German German teachers.
